Join us for a special event celebrating the Railway’s 200th Anniversary! This charity run is not just about celebrating the incredible history of the railway but also about coming together as a community to support a good cause. Whether you’re a railway enthusiast, a runner, or simply looking to get involved, this event is for everyone!

Each team will complete 7 laps of a beautiful lake, measuring approximately 3.5 miles each lap. Teams can have a maximum of 7 runners but any especially keen runners can enter as a solo team and complete all 26.2 miles themselves!. Event timing depends on how quickly each runner can complete the distance, with a maximum time allowable of 7 hours.

It’s a fun, inclusive event where the goal is participation, not competition, so don’t worry about speed! Whether you’re a seasoned runner or a beginner, you’re welcome to join in.

Who Can Participate?

This event is primarily aimed at railway staff—but all are welcome to join in! We encourage everyone from all walks of life to come out and celebrate with us as we mark this historic milestone.
