It is a Community Event which is free. There will be a Vintage Bus and face painting including a childrens’ activity.
The Signal Box will be open for demonstrations of how it once worked.
It will be manned by women to recognise that many women took up paid employment on the railways to help the war effort. There will be music, a fund raising stall and wartime ration recipes.
