Join Footprints of London in September for some guided walks and virtual tours to celebrate railway history in London.

There are 9 separate railway related walking tours exploring different aspects of London’s railway heritage. Some follow disused railway routes, whilst others tell the story of working railways or stations. They include:

* The forgotten railway of Merton and Tooting (13 September)
* From Waterloo to London Bridge – A story of two London Termini (14 September)
* Croydon’s (Recently) Lost Railway (18 September)
* Primrose Hill and the Navvies Who Built the Railways (21 September)
* Tracks Through the Northern Heights -Trains, Parades, Palaces (26 September)

There are also 2 online tours:
* Passengers No More: lost and forgotten railways of London (4 September)
* Transport of delight – The big train stations of London (16 September)

Each tour is a separate event and must be booked in advance
