200 years of rail travel to the Yorkshire Coast – heritage exhibition

‘200 years of rail travel to the Yorkshire Coast’ will be a heritage railway exhibition held at the Old Parcels offices on Scarborough station, which are themselves an important part of Scarborough station’s railway history.

The Railway 200 branded exhibition will celebrate the history of rail travel on the Hull to Scarborough and York to Scarborough line through the means of information boards, photographs and exhibits. An illustrated booklet will accompany the exhibition.

The exhibition will run from 5th to 21st September 2025 and is hoped to attract around 1200 visitors.
