East Lancashire Railway are celebrating the 200th anniversary and the birth of the modern railway.
An intensive timetable of steam and heritage diesel trains operates full length of the 12-miles between Heywood, Bury, Ramsbottom and Rawtenstall, including additional attractions up and down the line.
