Look Draw Build@Reading Station è un progetto che, dal 2022, ha coinvolto circa 450 bambini, principalmente in quinta elementare, in 10 scuole primarie di Reading, classi 15-18 ogni anno, principalmente in Ingegneria, Architettura e storia e futuro delle ferrovie. È gestito da Archi-Adventure di Barcellona e dalla Reading Civic Society.
Nel 2025 il progetto è diventato Guarda, disegna, costruisci alle stazioni di Reading e Bristol as it will also be delivered to Bristol schools for the first time.
La fase di lettura del progetto è stato realizzato durante i mesi di febbraio e marzo, mostrati come eventi separati su questo sito.
During April and May it will be delivered to 9 Bristol Primary schools, 14 classes of year 5 children. The participating schools, from across Bristol, are; Badocks Wood E-ACT Academy, Christ Church CE Primary, Sea Mills Primary, Compass Point Primary, Cotham Gardens Primary, St Peter and Paul RC Primary, Our Lady of the Rosary RC Primary. Stoke Bishop CE Primary and Two Mile Hill Primary.
Il progetto avrà inizio dopo Pasqua, quando chiederemo agli insegnanti di mostrare alle classi partecipanti un video appositamente commissionato sulla storia della ferrovia e sulle caratteristiche principali di una stazione.
Between 24 April and 2nd May the classes will be taken around Bristol Temple Meads Station by GWR Senior Accessibility Mentor. He will explain the history of the station, the important features of a station and the key message of safety on the railway. Where required we fund the transport of the children to the station and back.
