MORE ABOUT THE PROJECT
This project is inspired by the story of the railways and innovation in Cornwall and Richard and Mary Trevithick’s at Hayle Foundry and the White Hart Hotel in Hayle.
This project will share stories of the very early Hayle Railway which ran between Hayle, Camborne and Redruth, connecting communities through the train. We will be working with schools, libraries and Hayle DayCare Centre resulting in a Poster Wall to share our heritage story of trains outside the centre.
